Evo rs electrical issues?

hello all, just signed up on this forum through google.com
have 04 evo rs completely stock except exhaust system.
anyway, this car is giving me headaches already.
here it is.
1. wiper motor will not work. i've replaced new motor, rely and the switch.. still nothing.
2. headlights, blinkers and tail lights just go off (like christmas lights) all the sudden if my lights switched are off. but if its On... everything works fine.
3. sometimes all the relays start clicking when i give throttle

I have checked all the relays, fuse box and seems to be fine.
anyone have this kind of issue???

Hoping you get that gremlin figured out

Once youre feeling happy again about your EVO, we would like to have you post up pics or what not here in the RS Owners Gallery
