Serious Audio Issues

Im trying to upgrade some of the components in my 06 SSL and Im having some unusual issues. I changed the stock headunit to a Kenwood and figured out that the Infinity sub was useless. So I bought an Alpine 500w amp with a 10" type R sub and within a day the sub was blown and the amp shot. I put an old (10yrs) Audiobahn amp with a really cheap Pioneer sub and it worked good since Nov. The sound wasn't that bad but now that amp took a crap and of course the sub is blown. This last try I got a Kenwood 1000w amp w/ a Kenwood 10" 1000w sub and now that sub is blown. I had my boyfriend and some friends help put it in and they are all techs and have electrical knowledge so I know we hooked everything up ok. We adjusted all the settings on the amp and headunit and yet we are getting no where. Unfortunately we can't figure out what is wrong and maybe someone has some clue.

Right now I still have the stock Infinity speakers, sub and amp but of course the sub doesn't work with the aftermarket radio. Anyone?

If you're asking whether an Evolution, as a car, fries audio components the answer is a no. This leaves two variables: installation/wiring and use. The answer lies there.
