Power supply for common pwr?

Okay after a friend an I tore my dash out for a heater core job I have lost pwr to my mr gage cluster, defi boost gage set up, and my ebc. So to in screw the hack job prior owner did I'm considering running a terminal board set up. One common pwr & one common gnd. Question is where should I pull the common PWRs from? Any thoughts? Would the cig lighter circuit support this or would another source of switched 12 v be better. Inputs welcome.

So what did you figure out? Where to pull the power from or where the previous owner pulled the power from?

I was debating unraveling the hack job done befor I got the car on the radio, mr gages, turbo timer and the two I added in a rush. My rush was because my friends and I saw what an issue it be so we did the best we could with the time. It turned out to be a " I'll do it later" that didn't happen.
I was thinking of doing a terminal board pwr & gnd for ease of trouble shooting and maint.. My goal was to get input on a pwr supply circuit that could supply all the add ons with the proper power for the amp draw they would have.
In the end I just did a total rewire and split where they got power, and cleaned it up A LOT. Still might do a TB set up later down the road.
