Here is a picture, I circled in red the serial numer around the ballast and it said "mr574777" which apparently a "Genuine OEM 2003-2006 Lancer Evolution 8 Xenon D2S Headlight HID Ballast(Xenon Light Control Unit)" according to this website

My question is this; is this enough information to know whether or not these headlights will work with my IX MR harness?

 

These headlights you posted are the Evo 7 if im not mistaken Look at my avatar or my pix you'll see Evo 8 Jdm headlights. They should plug and play except your fog lamps you will need to use diffrent bulbs and harness. Take a pic when its on your car love to see jdm headlights on evo look so sexy.
