What does a turbo timer have to do with a dead battery? Unless it's wired in wrong and is draining the battery.

It is wired correectly and it isn't turbo timer draining the battery, just both cases where battery was nearly dead and i needed a jump the turbo timer never worked again this is my second one and when i got jumped today it never turned on again.
