EVO 4 central locking question
Hello all,
Got a question for you...turns out my key fob is only closing the doors and when I do this they automatically get open after a couple of minutes no matter what...I think the central locking module is the issue so I want to install an aftermarket central locking to resolve it fast...problem is I have no clue about the wiring.
The oem module is located under the seat and the connector has 10 wires... aftermarket kit comes with 6 wires.
I have been reading the wires that control the power locks are actually located in the driver kick panel, 2 cables one purple and another one light green...does anyone has a picture of it so use it as a guide?
Will this be the best way to wire that? Should I use the cables from the OEM module?
Thanks for any help as I really want to install this asap.
Regards,
Alex
