Driver side rear window wont go down

So I pulled off my door panel disconnected the switch from the door panel and now that window will not go down. I suspected it was probably the motor going bad however I took the motor out and plugged it into the passenger side plug and it worked up and down so I tested the switch instead and everything checked out. The weird thing is the window goes up but not down and I can not operate the window from my driver window switch. That is the only switch that does not seem to work. I checked all connections and played around a little with the wires to see if maybe there was a bad ground somewhere but nothing. Has anyone ever experienced this problem before?

So long story short
Front driver side window switch operates all but one switch
Rear driver side window switch will only put the window up not down
(motor and switch have been tested and are fine)

Could it possibly be a fuse linked to only one switch?

Yeah I learned that from the last time I pulled the door panels out.
But that's the weird thing this time the switch it plugged in and all it does is operate the motor to go up not down. I even took the passenger side switch and tried it and still nothing. I'm going to try again today or this weekend and hopefully i'll get an update on what happened.
