My alarm system is tripping my windows

I recently got my first evo 8 and every time I arm the alarm the front two power windows roll down. The only way to keep them from rolling down is if I don't arm the alarm. Also when I'm rolling the windows up they would just stop or stop and try to go back down, so I would have to repress the windows to get them to go up and play with them. I believe it is because the person who had the car previously didn't install the aftermarket alarm right (it is a viper alarm system). Has anyone had this issue or anyone know how to fix it?

There must be a DEI 530 or 535T window module improperly installed. Since it interrupts the window switch wires you can't unplug it but you can disconnect the trigger. There should be a plug on it with a gray, orange, red/white and a few other wires One of them should be the inputs and unplugging that connector should stop them from rolling down until you can correct or remove it.
