Issues getting power to car help!!!!

After many years building my Evo , I finally charged up my battery and hooked the battery terminals up. It’s been years since I put a engine harness on. When I put the positive on the battery my driver side rear taillight has power with no key in the ignition and nothing else on the car has power. Any ideas wiring guys?

Okay she’s back on but the only problem is when the positive stays on the battery the driver side rear taillight stays on?

I am not at all certain of anything however my car just went bat**** crazy and popped half it's fuses which of course horrified me...culprit was reverse cam being junk and full of water. So I'd look at grounds and add on electronics? My approach was strip anything electric and not OEM until things worked right. Lil' tedious but results.

I'm thinking it could be a bad brake pedal sensor switch.
