Spark Plug Cables?

Are spark plug cables a worthwhile upgrade? Specifically the Ralliart ones? Thanks.

I've had the Magnecor 8.5mm ones for a while now and they seem ok. No big difference I've noticed.

talked to Drew and Lancershop.com (doesn't work there anymore ) and he said all your paying for is the name on the Ralliart plugs (like i didn't see that coming) and that they are made exactly like the Magnacore ones... i did the upgrade when i needed new plugs, but i couldn't tell a difference... maintanence!!!!

Yes but the reason I'm considering the Ralliart ones is because A) I heard people who got the Magnacore ones had some fitment problems and B) I can get the Ralliart one for the same price.

it seems to me that the plug wires are so short, that it isn't going to make that much of a difference. The only thing that I would think would make a noticable difference is the coil on plug setup.

Just installed mine (ralliart) this weekend.
The only thing I noticed was a smoother idle.

Just ordered the Ralliart one. Got them for the name. But if they make a difference, good for me. LOL

Coil-on plug setups wont help you unless you get better coils to drive them. You would also need some sort of an ignition amp. I am pretty sure the DSM guys proved the the COP setup alone is technically worse without better ignition all-together.
