After waiting 6 months, i just recieved my apex isamu turbo kit and started installing today. There is a problem i ran into with the downpipe being too long for the us version. I mean the dp extends the exhaust 4 inches outwards. Other then that i have had no other problems. i will post pictures as soon as i get back to work on it early in the morning. just have to get intercooler piping made and a bung for my air temp sensor then i go straight to the dyno so i can get it tuned up and ready to go!

no numbers yet i am gettin the ic piping done....then off to tune and then i will have some REAL numbers to back it up...eveyday street driven 60 miles a day no bs'ing

 

what kind of turbo does the Apex kit run? i'm interested depending on #s... also, does the intercooler kit come with it? what i'm getting at is there anything else that is reduntant about the kit compared to what i already have... like the custom DP...

 

the apex kit runs an ihi turbo almost the same turbo as the sparco evo except i they are using a sw20 exhaust housing. That ic is an hks 3 row. And when i ordered the kit was 6 months ago so it wasnt made for the us spec evo so some of the piping was wrong. But i need new piping anyways cuz the ic is different. But this is prolly the first apex kit in the US that i know of besides the sparco evo but that is a company car.

 

i know that ...car its aight. it runs like shyt right now though and i heard an accord a fully built H22 turbo accord kicked its ***. plus that cars all dirty and shyt that guy doesnt take care of his ...car . . . .







but ya its aight its cool he's the only one in america with that turbo kit besides the sparco evo. big ups to tubo evolution! now he can go back out in the streets and look for that accord. got beat by a 4 dr grocery getter ahhaha
