We just frove my buddy's evo....his is stock except for cat delete pipe and downpipe. He hits full boost at 3300rpm in 3rd gear.
I am assuming your car is stock?

If so that is pretty sick and I will defenatly be buying one of these units!
"Spoolup" is definitely subjective. There is no standardized way people test spoolup. The way I've always tested it is to start in 5th gear from 2000 rpm on a flat road and go WOT. I just watch my boost gauge and tach to see what rpm I hit full boost.
Also, the weight of the car can skew numbers. Having passengers, going up a slight incline, having a strong headwind, etc. will help your spool numbers.
