The car is surging boost at anything pass 18psi its surging 20 to 22psi back and forth, when i turn the boost down (eletronic boost contoller) it doesnt surge. I have a old school hks boost controller, i checked my vac hoses and i found nothing . i will try a manual boost controller tomorrow. Any clue what it could be? the car was fine last night 21psi and holding perfect.

 

The only thing that I can think of is what you have already checked.
