From the look of the exhaust manifold i would say its part of an AMS turbo kit. I could be wrong though.

I've Seen It On Like 5 Or 6 Different Evo's. Looks Huge. Good Call On The Turbo Kit, I Hadnt Thought About That For Some Reason
