Transfer broke, please help!!!

Hi everybody:
iīm from argentina and here a guy buy an evo 8 US version, we modify this putting a Walbro TDD EMS whith Antilag, full stainless stell exaust, ralliart piping, perrin intercooler, apexi Boost controler, special conrods made here,blowing about 1,6 Bar, but the car has broke 3 times the transfer in about 5000 Km., and reading the post it is the problem to yours evos, but i cant found the solution, we are thinking in put the transfer of japanese version whith ACD, do you know another solution best that one? Please answer me and sorry my poor english

There is no real solution yet. We are waiting on a couple things.

Something aftermarket and
To see if the 05's with ACD do not break like 03/04 EVOs.

You'll have to watch with us.

Thanks for your reply, but i donīt know how yours evos can hold the power that you put in yours engines, or is a problem in some units, or what is the problem because I have read that the problem is the original torsen front differential, if i change it for a ralliart unit (i have plenty of these because i have a rally team) the trouble get solved?. Thanks

People here are also breaking transfer cases. The way to not break them for now is to not drop the clutch on a launch but to slip it a little. Also, be careful what fluid you put in it.
