boost question

here's a simple one. I have a manual boost controller and since the weather is changing- getting colder, do i need to turn my boost back a little? when it was hot outside my boost was pegged steady at 20psi. now with the colder temps it is still steady but i will have a peak boost in 3rd gear of 21psi . is this ok?
my mods are
dp, exhaust, intake, afc2, cams, cam gears, mbc
thanks guys

isn't it that stock is ok with boost up to 23 psi?

I'd like to find out what's the limitation of PSI where engine is running ok and not lean.
