You'll need every bolt on available. If it exists, install it. But pick the right parts to match each other. Pick an RPM band to concentrate on. If you want high HP, pick to build power in the 7K range. The stock turbo will poop out much above that. Also, get an EMS and have it tuned by TurboTrix. And you will need race gas. Also, you said stock turbo. This does not rule out building the motor. Port the head, bump the compression to 9:1, etc. You can do it!

I don't see it happening. Even with race gas and a 4G64, 400 would be tough.

There is no magic wand. The more breathing you add with pipes, porting, cams, and higher RPM the more volume the turbo must pump to hold pressure. You are limited by what the stock turbo can flow before it just becomes an air heater. I think 400 at the flywheel is nearing the practical limit. 450 whp will mean going well over 500hp at the crank. If someone has a stock turbo car that makes this kind of power I would imagine they have replaced the rolling assembly and are running NO2.

First off you will definatley make more power if you get a CUSTOM DYNOFLASH tune done. Also maybe 450whp is possible on nitrous? (help me guys) but I don't think its safe for the motor. That's just too high of a number. BTW on this topic: What do you guys' think is the max power this motor can handle on stock block/head ? Also keeping in mind that its going to be a daily street driven car..

Not going to happen. 380whp I have see on a stock turbo car with everything. IC,Pipes, catless exhaust, intake, header and o2 and Water injections TME Turbo with 10.8, 272s

Done nothing less. But hell there is a guy on this board that ran 11.23@123 on the stocker.
