I highly recommend the gt35r. Fantastic turbo mated to a 2.3 motor. The gt40 will be no where near the fun. The 35 will have more usable street power with plenty of whoopass for the track.

Plenty of people have used the GT35R with a stroker with good results. You put at GT40 on there you're going into uncharted territory. You'll beat plenty of people with the GT35R. You also need to get your Evo dyno tuned with an AEM or something similar. Does your car have engine management that's been dyno tuned?
