Timing Belt Install Tool

I am going to put in my cams this weekend but to make life easier on myself I figured I would buy the "special tool" that mitsu uses to hold the tensioner from springing open. That way I should be able to remove the cam gears and cams and just use zip-ties to hold the belt on the cams in the proper spot. Anyone know of the mitsu part number or even if it is available through mitsu? Where would I get one for the Evo? I found it for DSM's but I dunno if they are the same tool or not. Otherwise I guess I will just fab one if I need to. Thanks if anyone can help!
