Tuning Solution Question

I have a completely crap OBD-II logger that I TRIED to use to log with.. it blows. I am trying to figure out what most people are using to datalog and tune thier cars. I want something that doesn't exist as of yet (So I think).. I am looking to have a semi-real anti-lag (Timing retard and stutterbox combination), knock readouts, timing control, fuel control (Although I already have an AFC so its not that neccassary), wideband input, and the rest of normal logging (ie; intake temp, TPS, RPM, O2, etc...).

I really dont want to spend over $500 on this so I think I am up **** creek without a paddle but if there is something that might work (Or get most of those points) please let me know.

I just don't trust myself enough to get an EMS yet and don't feel like spending 2 grand on it yet. Thanks guys!

dude cable is $85, evoscan is $25 so there you go, $110 to datalogg,
ECUFLASH if free so you can tune your own car.
