Well, as I said I got this info from Dave in the UK, seam to be a very well respected guy when it comes to EVO tuning there. I never got around trying his advice but I understood it as that you should leave the intake cam at +2 and start with the exhaust at -2 and then gradually go more and more minus until the engine is barely running. When he wrote “optimize again” I guess he means to re-tune the car. I presume you have some kind of engine management system?

Ok, noted...I have the AEM EMS hooked up in my ride. I will go try the +2/-2 settings as i have one more dyno-tuned coming along.

As of the +2/-2, it means that the intake will come in early & the exos will open late rite?

Is there any advantage of TOMEI 280 vs HKS 280?
MODS:STROKER 2.3+GT35+ everything. Rev limit at 8200RPM
I want to change my HKS280 on TOMEI. For now my cams are at 0\0 and i feel power loss after 7000RPM
Advice please!!!

yes - Tomei has much higher lift, so will mean more peak power and more torque
