RC Engineering is the Deal
RC Engineering is the Deal
I just got my injectors back from RC Engineering. I sent in my set of PTE 680cc injectors, (which are really 660cc/min...another story), ; which I only used for about 5K miles.
After I blew my engine (again another story), I decided to insure all parts are it top condition.
I sent my injectors to RC for cleaning and balancing.
When they got them my injectors flowed as low as 627cc/min to as high as 649cc/min. Two of the spray patterns were only listed as "fair" the other two "good".
After they were done, they flowed within 3cc/min of each other, (658 to 661cc/min).
The patterns are all listed as "excellent" now.
Great insurance for $104 shipped.
After this, I have a good idea why one of my cylinders looked way worse than the other three. I'm guessing it was the one only flowing 627cc with a "fair" pattern.
They also "dyno" fuel pumps. I didn't get this done...yet.
I haven't run the new engine yet, but the flowsheet they sent was very impressive. Turn around can be as fast as 3 days.
