HKS RS replacement filters?

I was on HKS USAs site and they list replacement filters for the HKS RS kit... I know I need a 200mm filter, but what is the difference between the standard filters and the triple layer dry filters? (I really want blue to match my car, but it only comes in the triple layer form...)

Anyone have an answer?
