If its even across all cylinders, then there's probably nothing major wrong.. if you have low compression in 1 cylinder, then I'd have someone use a borescope to look inside the low cylinder to see if anything is visibly damaged.

Don't panic the guy, that value is going to depend on the compression testing tool used.. If he had that much wear, he'd be blowing blue smoke all the time..

Was it done with the engine warmed up to operating temp?

i dont know to tell you the truth. its at the shop getting some work then getting dynoed but my cars been spitting out some low number and ive detonated the engine a few time running really high boost on accident. So today he did it i dont know what tool or any details i just called and asked how the car is and said he did a compression test and it should be around 190 and its at 130 that he would run it agian to not to get all excited but its hard to stay cool in a situation like this. And truthly i have no clue about the compression or really internals to some point. So tommorw i guess i will figure out how bad this is. Has any1 ealse every had this problem?

Which cylinder is 130?
It could help explain why you're only at 240whp.

I think the question we need to know more than any is if this is only in one cyl or if it's all of them. If it's all of them, I'd guess the tool isn't calibrated properly or he's not testing properly. If it's one of them, but the others are all 190ish, then you're probably into finding the problem, not "is there a problem" mode.

If you find out it's one cylinder, you might want to check that fuel injector. It could be lean. Were the injectors flow-tested before you bought them? What brand are they?

You should make sure if they tested it correctly. If they got only 130 across the board then they probably dont know what they're doing since that result comes from having the throttle closed while testing. Have them redo it and ask them to have the throttle WOT and only crank her 4 times per cylinder.

You need to get in touch with the shop that did the check and find out if its one cylinder or all of them. If they say its all of them you need to go out and get a compression gauge and do the check yourself. If they say it is only one cylinder here is what you do: place a few drops of oil in the cylinder that is low and redo the check on that specific cylinder. If compression rises then its your rings, if it stays the same chances are that your valve seals are bad. Hope this helps.
