Turbo Timer
It allows proper cooling time for oil passing through the turbo in order to prevent damage. Basically it keeps the car running for a set amount of time after the key has been removed from the ignition. In function it's similar to letting the car idle for a couple minutes before turning it off.
The car also dies if you try to drive it w/ out the key on... etc.. It should signifigantly increase the life of a turbo.
mmm "baked on" oil.
i "recommend" the new apex A/F Ratio Meter/Turbo Timer
Its about the price of a normal Turbotimer, but is also a "pretty good" a/f gauge (actually gives a reading... its more than just blinking lights, but its not as good as a good wideband

i "recommend" the new apex A/F Ratio Meter/Turbo Timer
Apex's new Auto Timer is easy to use and great looking too. The control/display head is about the size of a marking pen. It features a manual timer mode as well as an automatic mode. The best feature is that is shows battery voltage, O2 sensor voltage and also A/F ratio. Price includes adapting harness for your year Eclipse.
