i have 2003 evo viii my mods are BR 3 inch turbo back with race pipe, safcII w/BR specs, BR intake pipe, BR air filter, BR upper intercooler pipe, HKS SSQV, HKS EIDS, mbc, and jdm high voltage stabilizer,my problem is when im kind of at a high speed (not to high) and i press the clutch in to come to a stop the rpm drop drastically and come back up to normal sometimes it will want to stall also when im at a slow pace (not to slow) and i do the same thing the car's rpm drops from around 1300-1200 to 600-700 and then back to normal. i was reading that the karman readings should be at 30Hz at idle my safcII is reading 29 i dont know if this may have something to do with it. if it doesnt maybe you could give some suggetions on what it could be if it does do you think i could adjust it with the screw on the throttle body
