getting BOV flutter from greddy TypeS after intercooler install

i installed the XS engineering intercooler on my evo and i did not touch the BOV. after install i get a flutter from the BOV. are you suppose to adjust the BOV after installing an aftermarket intercooler? need help thanx.

sounds like the bov is set to hard

i loosen the BOV three turns. and it is very loose.
