Installed this today. All I can say is wow. Awesome shifts. Got it set to about 35% reduction. Also installed the metal base shifter bushings (already had the underhood ones in). On the other had it was a pita to put this in and I work on cars all the time so I'm no rookie. I wish we had a shifter setup like the Revo for the RSX where you just change the whole box out. The only thing I don't like about this shifter is that even though it has a small bend at the top to bring the shift knob closer to you, it doesn't have the s bend in the rod like the stock one to place the shifter in the middle of the circle for the shift boot on the console. Its closer to the passenger side than the middle. Oh well. No big deal. Function over form I guess.
