Question regarding Oil Temp/Pressure install.

Hi everyone,
I bought Defi BF Oil Pressure & Oil Tempurature gauges used from a member to compliment my Defi BF Boost gauge. I will be using a Blitz Sandwich adaptor with the sensors already put in. My question is - I just changed my oil, if I take off the oil filter will ALL the oil leak out or only a small amount? I only have less than 100 miles on my oil and oil filter.

Can I just install the sandwich adaptor, use the old oil filter, and just replenish the oil lost? Or will all of the oil have already leaked from removing the oil filter? Thanks a lot in advance ...

you can replace the oil that was lost. a small portion will leak out from the filter/oil cooler line. just make sure that the adapter plate has no shavings in it prior to putting it on since it is used. i would take it apart and reteflon the sending units just to make sure they dont leak and to check for foriegn objects. remember, you are dealing with the life blood of your car. better safe than sorry....good luck young Jedi....
