I did, I'm reading, I still want peoples opinions on what I'm going to need, not the normal idiot who launches 20 times a day.

Get the ACT street kit with a new flywheel... logic performance still has a few of these pacages in stock for a ver low price. You can choose from the street disc or the 4-6 puck race disc ( I reccomend the street because it will last longer and give you very good performance, puck discs are harder on ur TC and tranny!!!) it comes with an 8.5 lb prostreet light weight flywheel

i dunno how many he has left and all other places have ACT kits backordered Lancershop.com says atleast 10 days... so get ur ACT/flywheel now for $799 + shipping @ logicperformance.com just talk to chris!

Thank you for mentioning our Pro Street flywheel. It has been proven to be a great flywheel, and a great combination when coupled with the ACT clutch.

Chris @ Logic Performance has our Pro Street flywheels and the ACT clutches in stock, and ready to ship.

One correction, the Pro Street flywheel is 10.45 lbs, not 8.5.

Here is more information on our EVO 8 flywheel:

1st: I haven't read the whole tread. But my 2 cents are: I have the ACT Street clutch and love. Didn't break the wallet and so far no problems. I could feel a minor difference between the ACT and stock but it felt better. Also, it grabs. I've done maybe 2-3 6k dumps and it rockets the car. Not saying that you can go every weekend to the drag andexpect it to last 50k miles. But for $500 shipped from vividracing I felt I made a good choice. Only thing I wish I bought with it was a flywheel.

I'm 99% sure I'm going with the FX400, but I'm keeping my stock flywheel. 400$ for 4# just isn't worth it to me.

I have a Exedy twin disk in my car and have no problem driving it everyday 20 miles to work and back. That is in traffic as well. It is a little noisy when you press the pedal in, but it don't bother me. It's also a little noisy when you let off the gas and slow down. It chatters a bit there too, but no big deal. I haven't had anyone that doesn't know I have a clutch complain about it or anything. Pedal pressure feels about as stock too.

Today I was at the dealer for a inspection on some drivetrain noises and when the technican pushed the pedal in, two to three guys yelled at him to stop my car and pop the hood. By the time I knew what was going on there were about 6-7 people looking around my car for that noise. Kinda sounds like deisel in a way.

I might have gone with a different clutch, but I got a steal on this clutch froma buddy for $500. It was literally in his car for about 30 miles. Couldn't pass it up. It sat in my garage for about 8 months before I actually needed it. Money well spent IMO.

I'll probably stick with the ACT until I get an RPS-Carbon-Carbon or something competitive to that.

I have the exedy twin. It is not incredibily streetable, however once you learn to drive it the clutch is fine. But the main thing this clutch is made to do is race. That's why they are called Exedy racing clutch. Exedy(Daiken Clutch corp.) is the #1 manufacturer for clutches in the world for a reason! These clutches rock at the track, and they get you buy on the street. What else would you want, something that works with daily driving, but excells at racing the most. Done...Thanks....Add to cart

Go with a Spec clutch. Made for high hp but feel like stock. I know someone who can get them at a pretty good price.
