Eric,
definetly sounds like a clutch issue. mine did the same thing. how long c\since the clutch change? re-bleed the brake/clutch master there might be AIR in the system. i also found a brake line leak at the master. (under ther airbox) it was a small leak, but enough to get air in the system. it was where the metal nipple is "crimpt to the rubber hose. check there. DEFINETLY RE-BLEED first, it sounds like air in the system. not enough hydrolic pressure at a stop hence hard to get into gear at a stop.

Sounds like the throwout bearing, but like the poster above said, re-bleed the system and check for leaks..

Have you noticed any new noises when the car sits in neutral? (like a slight rattling that you didn't hear before?)

I just shipped my pressure plate back to ACT today after I had the same problem, and I saw another person on the forum in the same boat as you. I re-bled the line and adjusted the clutch pedal free play and it was driving fine again for a day or so, then all of a sudden under normal driving my T/O bearing popped loose from my pressure plate. I had to get my Evo towed for the first time. I will bet you that the mechanism in the center of you pressure plate is about to break and you won't be able to shift at all. I would take it to a mechanic or check it out yourself if you know what you are doing. I know it sucks but you can thank your good friends at Mitsubishi for giving us this oh so great "pull type" clutch. PM me if you need anymore info... I'm more than happy to help. By the way, you got any vibration in your clutch pedal, or rattle?
