Hey guys, im pretty much stumped here. 2 weeks ago i bought an 05 RS, so far it has a RNR o2 housing, downpipe, and test pipe, and an HKS catback. Before i put the catback on, the car didnt seem to creep much, but as soon as i put the HKS on, in 4th get when it was cold, it would hit boost cut.

Shortly after i installed a hallman ES boost controller to try and hold 19 psi all the way thru the powerband, i now have that set to 1.2-1.3 bar, and thats the highest i can have it set to. My boost is as follows:

1st gear 1.3 bar all the way
2nd gear 1.3 goes up just a tiny bit
3rd gear 1.35 and at 5000 creeps up to 1.5
4th gear, 1.4 and at 5000 it creeps past 1.5 to the point where ill hit boost cut
5th gear, im not brave enough to redline it

I have so far tested the wastegate actuator and it holds boost, tested to see if the wastegate opens and closes, which it does, replaced the blow off valve with a greddy, and connected the wastegate to the boost source, and it still creeps.

i think i remember a long time ago people having boost creep after installing the rnr o2 housing. might wanna do a search on that, can't remember exactly.
