Transfercase

Ive gone through two oem transfer cases and now im wondering if theres any upgrades or beefier products that will keep me away from this problem. Any help or suggestions would greatly be apreciated.

this is place from MI you can strengthen your TC,
it's team something, just try research around,

also, i heard getting a front LSD might help too,

I had the same issue. Get the RS limited slip from team rip (www.teamrip.com), and make sure to use OEM Diaqueen oil when filling it. Jon works wonders with t-cases

How are you breaking your transfer case? If you're breaking the front diff from launching hard, then the quaife will help. If you're burning the ring and pinion gear, then you're probably using the wrong oil.

I have an evo VII RS front helical lsd I will sell for MUCH cheaper than the quaife if you are interested.

Mitsu saying mine has something broke. I do i know if it broke or damaged? They're are also saying that it not covered under warranty cause I had someone else install the clutch. The dealer was being an a$$hole so I drove it home. Anyhelp...

I have the same situation as 03EvolutionVlll too. They also said that whoever installed my clutch, forgot to fill the transfercase fluids. I was thinking, how could a car run 15K miles without any transfercase fluids. Now my car is making such horrible noises, I can't drive it.
