Not to criticize your coolant lines too much here, but why didn't you just buy pre-bent mandrel sections of tubing for your bends? It would look much cleaner than all those cut sections, and would flow better also. JC Whitney has some I think.

The purpose on our 2G coolant line is because you cant get a mandrel bend to clear the manifold tight enough. The pupose on our EVO coolant lines is for looks. We like the JDM feel and look and if you look at all the new JDM products they are all piece cut and welded into sections. More work and more time but it shows interest in there products. Our exhaust tips will also have this look. Most people like the look and feel and some don’t. Personal preference i guess.

BTW guys this is our prototype coolant line. The production will have even cleaner welds and it will be suplied with colored couplers and the clamps of your choice along with being polished.

JDM does not necessarily mean that it is the best way of doing it. But if you are shooting for aesthetics only, go for it.

Its the look that we are going for on somthing like a coolant line. Its not going to be restrictive or hurt anything. With our exhaust they are all done on CNC Mandrel Benders and then the tips are done piece cut and tig welded.

But agian to each his own. Personally i love the look. It just shows that more time was put into somthing instead of throwing a pipe in a machine and hitting start and be done with it.

My $.02:

It's ugly. Maybe if it flowed better and came with silcone couplings at each end with some heavy t-clamps. Maybe then, just maybe. Personnaly I would just go with the silicone hoses and be done with it.

Good luck.

It does come with Silicone couplers and T-Bolt Clamps. And it doesnt flow anyworse then a silcone hose. Infact it with a aftermarket turbo manifold it will save you from wrapping you silicone hose from melting or heating up. It also will be polishe to a chome finish.

But as far as your opinion please keep it to yourself if you dont like it no need to flame please.

Thank You
Chris

Your little coolant line would be better if you put a fitting to run a temp sensor on it...

This wouldnt be a problem. Not everybody would want that but we can do a custom one for the people that do. Just let me know when ordering.

. guys, what we see above is just a prove on how good the craftsmanship is. The welds are great on this pc and if you can’t see that then you are missing the point. This pc is work of art and I know the welder who did this. He is simply amazing. Let’s give them some props as more competition means less prices for us
