Unhappy not sure what sound is?

Current mods are hks hi-power exhaust, UR hi-flow cat, UR 3"dp. HKS RS intake. Hallman boost controller set at about 22psi, dynoflashed. I believer this howling sound started after i installed the downpipe. It's a sound that just slightly howls when im cruisin at around 65 and up. But sometimes like today it really gets loud when i get on it like from gears 3rd and 4th. when installed the downpipe, instead of using a gasket between the dp and manifold, i used some high temp sealant, i forgot the name, but it was good stuff. Anyways anyone know what the howling is. ?

Howling is usually associated with the transfer case going out.
