Authority O2 housing fitment

Hey,

Is anyone running the Authority O2 housing? If so, have you experienced any fitment issues with it getting onto the stock turbo? Mine is having fitment issues and I have to machine it. Thanks for any help!

Pretty much I had to force it onto the studs sticking out of the turbo, and then the bolt holes on the housing nd the turbo weren't lining up, so I had to drill them out to match. Plus, they sent me bolts and nuts that were way thinner than stock, and served no purpose. I just wa pretty much venting, since it should be a pretty cimple bolt-on piece, but of course, nothing is easy...you said you were having the same issues with the Helix one?

I put the Helix one on in about four hours. I did NOT remove the radiator, turbo, exhaust manifold. I simply removed the stock heat shield, downpipe, and O2 sensor and then proceded to bleed my knuckels dry getting to some of the most inaccessable bolts on the planet.

But, it did slide on without too much trouble. I reused the stock bolts. The only other fitment issue I had was the O2 sensor sticks straight out and hits an AC line, but a slight bend and it went in.

Cool. Yeah, luckily I wont have bloody knuckles, since I kinda went ***** to the wall straight up engine rebuild, so everything, including turbo and transfer case and whatnot, is out of the car. So it was accessible enough, but just needed to bore out the holes on the Authority piece, though. I looks pretty good, but it is just annoying. Plus then the threads on the stock bolts were pretty toasted, so I had to rethread them. Lots of work, but worth it
