clutch install today

Had the RPS turbo clutch today @ $400. My mitsu tech said he will PROBABLY never do it again. The pull-type spring hub (***-backwards design) made him just about lose it, but lots of swearing got her in there. Flywheel had a few bad hotspots, resurfaced, good as new. Lil increase in pressure, but this mother grabs, shouldn't be more than week of driving around the block to get used to it. Flushed the trans and tc. Redline mt-90 in the trans, stock in the tc. Like butta.

1000 miles for break in! If you dont you might have problems. But Congrats and tell us all how the pedal feels?! More stiff? Also what kind of power can that clutch hold?!

I have 60 mile round trip commute to work everyday, so break in won't be bad. Thinking about 500-700 miles will be good enough. Pedal pressure is pretty stiff, but it should loosen up a lil bit. Engagement about a inch off the floor, where it SHOULD be. I got the RPS turbo max 2900, Torque cap @ 500

1000 miles is a little overkill, actually a LOT overkill

300 miles and you should be fine.
