Boost Gauge Needle shows boost holding, but shudder...wtf?

Boost Gauge Needle shows boost holding, but shudder...wtf?
When I hit full boost at about 20.5 psi, the boost holds quite well, but the needle on my Autometer gauge shudders very quickly.

Anyone know what would cause this?
