Here are a few pics of an Evo intercooler I'm building at work. It's a Garrett core(24"x12"x3.5") that just barely fits. Intercooler was designed to work with the stock plumbing although a larger lower pipe is in the works.

I'm using a Lincoln Square Wave 275. It welds like buttah! Thanks for the replies. I hope to have this thing finished this evening.
