Boost leak or BOV leaking????

I went thru and tightend almost every clamp in my car basically 2 left. There is one on the turbo cold side outlet and the one for the piece of hose where the Bov pipe comes down beside the battery. Either its one of those two clamps or its my Forge Recir. Valve.... anyone had experience with these valves leaking about 20psi??? im running the yellow spring and have tried others without any difference..... suggestions would be helpful thanks

btw it holds steady boost all the way up to about 6500 rpm the you hear the boost leak and it tapers to 15psi......

I would recommend stepping up to the Blue colored spring in your valve as this is likely the cause of many of your problems.

The Yellow spring is not stiff enough for the amount of boost you are making.

Contact me directly if you have any other questions.

I've got the forge recirc and it holds boost just fine, I left the spring alone tho. Try switching back...

Yellow spring is not stiff enough, blue will work. If all your clamps are tight and no leak on all the lines. Have you done anything to your wastegate???

no leaks on any lines... no the wastegate is still stock... i have no idea why its leaking around 6500rpm..... do you have to do a wastegate mod to boost 20??? i wasnt aware that you needed to.....btw the blue spring didnt help i just got more flutter.... i checked the one on the upper intercooler pipe and it was fine also... the only other thing i can figure is im using 5/32 vacuum tubing which is a bit smaller than the stock stuff... perhaps im not getting enough air down the line to hold the bov closed... other than that im lost. unless its a small hole in a line some where... or its that turbo outlet clamp.....
