smoke?

anyway its been 250 miles since i bought it and when i was driving home it seemed like heat, or smoke comming out of the hood, then again happened again today after i did like 80ish, under 4k rpm though. wondered if it was normal for the break in with the engine parts, or if i should get it checked out
side note: damn i love that new car smell inside and out. just went into the garage and wow did it smell good, i just wanted to go for a spin again

its probably cosmolene (excuse the spelling) its a coating they use to keep metal from corroding, it burns off and smells funky. its probably what you're smelling too

80? Are you breaking it in properly? You should not exceed 5k rpm for the first 600 miles and DO NOT slip the clutch or launch.

Dont sweat it, nothing is wrong with the car. Assembly oils, paint, greases on the exhaust burning off, etc.....
