clutch noise on downshift....?
Lately I am experiencing a fairly bad sound during downshifts just as a the clutch re-engages after a downshift. Sort of a growl/whine. Any concerns?
Thanks
Thanks
I get that too when my EVO is not fully up to temp. It goes away after a while. its kind of a low churp or something. i have 36000 miles on my stock clutch i figured its just getting a little worn. i dont think its any thing to worry about
Well i would tell you if it was aftermarket then you would have nothing to worry about.. But since they are OEM clutches that may just be the clutch finaly letting go but i am not 100% sure..

. it still feels like the day i bought it
Mine does the same also! Specially downshifting from 3rd to 2nd! I rev match so i dont hear the damn noise. I think its when the stock clutch is going. I posted about this months ago! We'll see if it fixes when i change the clutch. Its like a howling sound
