Oil on Spark plugs

Guys,

Weird question. I was replacing my spark plugs yesterday and noticed when I removed them they had quite a bit of oil on them (threads and tips). I was thinking that it might be left over oil from when the cams were replaced. The oil was not in the combustion camber, it was in the cylinders on the valve cover. It looks like my valve cover maybe leaking. Should I tighten up the valve cover? Is it anything to worry about?
