BOV Supply hose.....

Do i need to make sure that the boost supply line is the stock size?? If it isnt will it cause the bov to leak? i have sorta asked around about this but im still unsure of the answer..... btw the reason i ask is i have a boost leak i have been chasing now for some time..... not sure if one of my ic pipes has a hole or what... basically i need to pressure test the system but never really have the time too...

Diameter wise...yes, length wise no. Don't try to pinch it off if it's bigger, you definately get leak.(roomate did it with his evo)

ooo ic, see i have smaller than the stock diameter and i was thinking it wouldnt flow enough air to keep the bov closed......o yeah it also goes into a T which then makes it even smaller.... which means less air flow..... So could this be causing my high rpm leak??? i get a leak about 6500 rpm that sounds like the bov opens and just is throwing air....
