low idle, please help

Ever since ive had that lil "incident" of spinning out on the highway my idle has been very low. It chokes out sometimes at idle at a light and will catch itself and go back up to 700. My idle used to be 8-900rpm but now its only mayb 6-7500 rpm. I reset the ecu yesturday to see if that would help, but it didnt, it still idles very low....ive always had a problem w/ the MR. BOV causing me to stall once in awhile at idle, but now its horrible. PLease help..!

check all you're boost connections, check the vacuum line going to your bov, etc. it could be something extremely simple, especially since you're using the MR diverter valve.
