Can AEM ECU delete P0300?

I have heard that if u have the P0300 misfire problem that if u get the AEM ECU u can program it where the P0300 won't plague u anymore. I don't know if u can reprogam the sensitivity of the knock sensor or what but is this true?

It's true, you'll never get a P0300 again with the AEM EMS. When you use the EMS you rid the car of all OBDII functions.

yes you can calibrate the knock sensor sensitivity to whatever you want. No you can't use a scanner anymore as the stock ecu is gone. Aem won't tell you anything. Just get a good tuner.
