I have been looking at the Buschur 3" turbo-back Exhaust for my 03 Evo VIII and I was reading an article about the Evo ECU and how it can reduce my hp gain from the exhaust back to 0 so im at stock again. What is the best way to get past the problem? and by best I mean most reliable. What will fix the problem for good and do it without causing other problems?

THis is the first time I'vve heard a turboback ruining power. Maybe someone ran crappy gas and the ECU pulled timing. Just disconnect the battery and make sure you're running good gas. TBE should never rob you of power, especially the Buschur.

 

its not that it loses HP from stock, its just that the gains from the exhaust arent at their max potential. i put my turboback on before i got my xede and there was a definite increase in power, but once the xede was in there was even more. the the ecu upgrade will just max out the power you get from the exhaust

 

I guess I read his post wrong.

 

Alright, I was just reading it and thinking "Oh great I have to buy all this other crap before my Exhaust will do anything."

Anybody Know where I can get a full Buschurs 3" turbo-back exhaust cheap? It would also help if you knew that the seller was reliable.
