its holds boost fine below 5k rpm,but at above 5 or 6k rpm it tapers down to around 19psi by the time i reach like 7300rpm in 3rd gear.. i dont think i have any leak ,,,
anyone holds boost rock solid all the way? even at 7500rpm?

your BOV. it sucks.

there is a way to do that without changing the BOV, but if I tell you, I have to kill you.

It's a driving technique.

But that happens. Mine peaks at 23 psi, and after 5000rpm, it starts to taper down about 1psi to 2 psi.

I heard MR BOV helps.

 

Does it still taper if you turn your MBC down to (say 13psi)?

sounds normal to me. The turbo can't pump much at high rpm (6k and up)

 

all turbos bleed off some boost at high rmp range unless u have a huge turbo. if u want to know if ur boost is holding put it in forth at a low speed(35-40) and gradually put the pedal to the floor.
