is this the right one that i bought? the manual says GL-4 but the pennzoil i bought says gl-5, also how many quarts would i need to change the transaxle oil? thanks. planning to change it out today. If it isn't then i plan to use royal purple.

 

Do not use a gl-5 oil in the transmission. Its 3 qt's, I reccomend changing the rear diff and t.case also, here plokivos got all the good stuff down here--------------------------------------------> https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...smission+fluid

 

the pic shows some kind of pennzoil oil, its NOT synchromesh! On the synchromesh bottle, there is no mention of GL rating. Synchromesh is good stuff!

 

btw use the mitsubishi diaqueen LSD oil for the TC/rear diff

 

I reccomend bg synchroshift 1 for the transmission.
