or, buy ODBII scanner to check. They will charge you like 60 dollars to just check and erase the code. you can get a scanner that can read and erase the code for like around 150 dollars. Also, that scanner can acts as a logger. That is when you have a laptop or palm of course.
There are cheaper scanner/reset tools to be had although I've not seen a specific recommendation on the board. And Autozone won't charge you to read and reset - nor will Advance Auto based on my experience. YMMV...
